Serafina in East Hampton welcomes autumn with a fixed-price, three-course $21.95 menu. It's available all night Thursday and Sunday.
Substitutions may add $3 to the appetizers and $6 to the main dishes. Among the openers: House soup, fried calamari, Serafina's spin on Caesar salad and a salad of arugula, cherry tomatoes and shaved Parmesan cheese. Main courses include rigatoni alla Bolognese, pizza Margherita, grilled salmon with lentils and spinach, and grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes.
Serafina now is open Thursday and Friday from 5:30 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, starting at noon.
