Prime, the waterside steak-and-sushi star of Huntington, is offering unlimited glasses of featured wines with dinner through Jan. 15.
The restaurant, celebrating its fifth anniversary, includes Paumanok Vineyards merlot and sauvignon blanc from the Aquebogue producer; and wines of Italy, Spain and Argentine tonight. Tomorrow's highlights include Bedell Cellars Taste, a white blend from the Cutchogue winery; and wines from Italy, Chile, Argentina and New Zealand.
At the same time, Prime has a $40 fixed-price, three-course dinner available. Selections incude black bean soup, potato gnocchi with Parmesan sauce, Caesar salad and shrimp-avocado-spicy tuna roll as openers; ancho-chile dusted flat iron steak, roasted chicken and roasted shrimp risotto as main dishes; and either vanilla flan, flourless chocolate torte or cheesecake for dessert.
On Saturday, the fixed-price dinner is available before 7 p.m.
