The party room of Jackson’s in Commack will be the setting for a four-course beer dinner designed around the films of Quentin Tarantino. The tongue-in-cheek event, to be held Tuesday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m., goes for $50 a person and features pairings with brews from Great South Bay Brewery and Port Jeff Brewing. Both brewers will discuss their beers.

In keeping with the theme, servers will dress as characters from four featured Tarantino films — “From Dusk till Dawn,” “Inglorious Basterds,” “Pulp Fiction” and “Kill Bill.”

One course — based on “Pulp Fiction” —  will feature a Big Kahuna burger, served “bloody as hell,” along with ketchup presented in syringes. And the restaurant will be renamed Samuel L. Jackson’s for the night.

To reserve, call Jackson’s at  631-462-0822.

Jackson’s is at 6005 Jericho Tpke., Commack, 631-462-0822, jacksonscommack.com.
