Sporting plenty of Mexican imagery ranging from images of the Pre-Columbian god that gives the place its name to pyramids, rain forests and assorted tropical scenes, the scenery is colorful and eye-catching. The menu is lively too, featuring well-concocted versions of many popular Mexican dishes -- starting with appetizers of nachos, tostados and ceviches. The main plates follow suit, with items like beef, chicken, pork and seafood served with rices, beans, cheeses and sauces familiar to the house cuisine. Burritos, tacos and enchiladas are as available -- with everything ready to be washed down with adult beverages like beer, wine or one of Quetzalcoatl's highly-recommended margaritas.
