Zenato wines from Northern Italy will highlight a five-course dinner on June 25 at Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Garden City.
Tickets are $49, and may be purchased in advance by calling the restaurant at 516-228-5400. Dinner starts at 7 p.m.
Executive chef Ryan Keough's menu includes Nantucket oysters paired with Zenato's 2013 Lugana San Benedetto; Great South Bay fluke with the winery's 2014 Bardolino Chiaretto; radicchio risotto with a 2012 Valpolicella Superiore; braised veal ribs and polenta, with a 2012 Alanera; and orange-olive oil cake with vanilla gelato and lavender honey, matched with the 2010 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico.
Spuntino is located in The Gallery at Westbury Plaza.
