You can wave the tricolor with a four-course dinner at Mirabelle restaurant on Thursday, Bastille Day.

Chef Guy Reuge's July 14, independence-day dinner costs $65 per person. The menu choices include duck foie gras with pickled peach, crabcake with lemon mayonnaise, local oysters, gazpacho, shell steak with green-peppercorn sauce, a roulade of chicken with chanterelle mushroom-and-potato fricassee, strawberry-rhubarb compote, an opera cake, and an all-French cheese board.
