This month, Mirabelle, the four-star restaurant at the Three Village Inn, serves a three-course, fixed-price lunch for $26.
The holiday deal is available Tuesday to Saturday, starting at noon. Tax and tip aren't included. But a complimentary glass of house wine is.
Chef Guy Reuge's choices include smoked salmon with celeri remoulade, charcuterie with pickled vegetables, fennel risotto, steamed mussels wth fries, mustard chicken fricassee with egg noodles, seared duck breast with rice and mushrooms, and coulibiac of salmon with Meyer lemon hollandaise sauce.
Supplements include crab cake with cucumber yogurt ($3) and roasted shell steak with Lyonnaise potatoes ($4). Dessert selections: ginger-almond tart, vanilla creme brulee, New York-style cheesecake, sorbet, and, getting into the Christmas spirit, a buche de Noel.
