Sunday "chefs' dinner" for Hayground

An all-star team of chefs highlights the annual fundraiser for the Hayground School on Sunday.

The event benefits the school's "Jeff's Kitchen" and the Jeff Salaway Scholarship Fund. Salaway was a co-founder of the school and a restaurateur whose establishments included Nick & Toni's and Rowdy Hall, both in East Hampton. Hayground is at 151 Mitchell La., Bridgehampton.

Chefs expected to attend include Gerry Hayden and Claudia Fleming of the four-star  North Fork Table & Inn in Southold, Christian Mir of the Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue, Kevin Penner of The 1770 House and The Grill on Pantigo in East Hampton, Jason Weiner of Almond in Bridgehampton and Joseph Realmuto of Nick & Toni's.  Manhattan chefs Michael White, Mark Forgione and Jonathan Waxman, plus designer and guest "chef" Isaac Mizrahi also are slated to participate.

Tickets are $175 for the cocktail party; $850 for the party and dinner.
