Tired of predictability? Starting Apr. 5, Mirabelle Restaurant in Stony Brook will go menu-less every Tuesday. That will be the day that chef Guy Reuge goes off the page and out of the box.
You'll get two options: either a three-course prix fixe for $35 or a nine-course tasting meal for $90. Forget menus. Selections will change for each order throughout the evening, keeping Reuge in a state of perpetual invention and you anticipating the next surprise.
