The Four Seasons — that legendary midtown watering hole for the rich and powerful — just lost its lease in the Seagram Building after a 57-year reign. But it will live again on Thursday night, when its owners team up with Greg Grossman, at 21 one of New York’s youngest chefs, at his month-old Southampton restaurant Oreya in the Capri hotel in Southampton.

Julian Niccolini and Alex von Bidder have put together “Four Seasons at Oreya” at the prompting of longtime patron Joanna Fisher. (A few months ago, she snagged headlines when she jumped into the Four Seasons pool after her mink and python jacket caught fire.)

“She has been a great patron of the Four Seasons,” Niccolini said of Fisher. He noted the reservations-only event is “a tribute rather than a pop-up,” he says. “And it’s a salute to her that we are doing this event with such incredible people.”

Former Four Seasons sous chef, Kala Sung will work with Grossman to recreate some iconic dishes from the restaurant’s menu. (The details are under wraps.) Diners can order from one of two menus: an a la carte Four Seasons menu or the nightly Oreya menu.

Grossman says he met Niccolini in 2009 at a Chefs & Champagne event at Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack where Niccolini and von Bidder were being honored. Grossman, then 14, was an assistant at the event.

Grossman said that the tribute might turn into something more. Though no events are on the books, “we have the relationship and it’s under discussion,” he says.

Niccolini confirmed that work is underway on the new location for the Four Seasons at 280 Park Ave. with a tentative opening in 2017.

Reservations for the event are required. Email or call 631-500-9055. Oreya is at 281 County Rd. 39A, Southampton,
