In this week's Newsday, Joan Reminick is impressed with Blue Chill Fish House & Grill in Deer Park. "Creative seafood such as this usually comes at a much higher price — which is why reservations (especially on weekends) are essential," she writes.

Peter Gianotti reviews La Piazza in Melville, "a monument to mozzarella ... the third pasta palazzo in a group that also spreads the red sauce in Plainview and Merrick."
