Tropix joins the Nautical Mile summer mix at a dockside location where a gambling boat formerly dropped anchor.
The place is entirely outdoors. In addition to a bar and lounge area, there’s a deck with restaurant seating. Currently, an overhang by the bar offers some protection from the elements. As for those eating on the deck, co-owner Chris Squeri said a tent is coming soon.
A limited menu of bar classics includes baked clams oreganata ($12.95), lobster sliders ($18.50) and fish and chips ($14). Expect additions in the weeks ahead.
