Fork & Vine, the New American restaurant at the Glen Head railroad station, plans a three-course Valentine's Day dinner.
Cost: $55 plus tax and tip. Choices include appetizers such as Caesar salad, spicy tuna tartare, roasted corn-and-goat cheese flan and steamed mussels; main dishes, a duo of filet mignon and grilled lamb chops, buttermilk-fried chicken, lobster salad, grilled salmon, grilled vegetable lasagna, and cioppino, the seafood stew. Dessert is a sampler for two.
