Muse Restaurant & Aquatic Lounge, one of the East End's more whimsical eateries, is offering a $24.95 fixed-price dinner on Christmas Eve. It will be available from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Chef Matthew Guiffrida's menu includes pulled-pork zeppole, Chianti-and-roasted tomato bread soup, spiced and boneless braised spare ribs with pumpkin polenta, sole meuniere, and pan-roasted Atlantic salmon with winter-vegetable ratatouille. Dessert: fudge "lava" cake or vanilla cheesecake.
