Last-minute shoppers can find respite and refreshment at these mall spots:
* Order at the reception desk and grab a counter seat; that's the rule at both branches of Bobby's Burger Palace, where Iron Chef Bobby Flay's burgers are imaginatively topped and cooked to specs. Hand-cut fries may be habit-forming. And do indulge in one of the terrific malteds or milk shakes. Note that while both restaurants are attached to their respective malls, they may only be entered from outside.
* Cirella's at Saks Fifth Avenue is the source of some of Long Island's freshest, most delicate and beautifully composed sushi. The department store cafe is also reliable for big, bright salads and nicely turned-out sandwiches, burgers, wraps and entrees.
* Fratelli Trattoria, an attractive bi-level Italian restaurant, is hardly the typical chain spot you'd expect at a major outlet mall. Escape the madness over a proper plate of pasta, a salad and a glass of wine. If you're in a super rush, grab a quick slice of pizza with a soda.
