Up at 4 a.m.?

First toast to the royal couple: a can of Red Bull?

Well, there's no reason to limit your festivities to London time. And a glass of Pimm's with a shot of ginger ale is fine midday and beyond. So party on, even if you're not ready to pull into Buckingham or Balmoral.

Here are three establishments where you may sample some flavors of the U.K. -- and a favorite or two or what are said to be the of-the-moment duet's favorite dishes.

Canterbury Ales in Huntington provides enough Anglofare to get you in the mood. Maybe a Scotch egg, wrapped in sausage and fried; or steak-and-kidney pie. The kitchen also prepares an English brown stew and a ploughman's lunch. Continue the theme with Boddingtons Ale.

Canterbury Ales is at 314 New York Ave., Huntington; 631-549-4404.

Bryant & Cooper in Roslyn is known for excellent steaks. The restaurant sometimes offers prime rib. The full-cut production and the boneless one are both easily recommended. Check ahead. Or be very satisfied with oysters, broiled lobster, lamb chops and mashed potatoes.

Bryant & Cooper is at 2 Middle Neck Rd., Roslyn; 516-627-7270.

And, for a more contemporary approach, visit Two Steak & Sushi Den in New Hyde Park. Sample the English pea ravioli with pistachio, mint and prosciutto cream; and the Australian Waygu steak, or other cuts. William and Kate reportedly are fond of sashimi. You'll find noble yellowtail and tuna here.

Two Steak & Sushi Den is at 1270 Union Tpke., New Hyde Park; 516-358-2222.
