Have you ever looked at a picture or painting of food and said it looks good enough to eat? Here's a way to create artwork that really is good enough to eat.

Painting With Chocolate at the Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum (www.cshwhalingmuseum.org) will teach you how to create a masterpiece -- or at least an original edible creation -- using melted dark and white chocolates. Brushes and chocolate will be provided. Your creation could make a sweet addition to your dessert table or be the crowning glory on a holiday cake, assuming someone doesn't gobble it up as soon as you get it home.
