North Babylon: Ana Diers seeks to retain a side addition with insufficient south side yard with roof-overhang encroachment, east side of Empire Avenue, north of Barnum Street.

North Babylon: Mary Boussios seeks to retain a one-family dwelling and a one-car detached garage with insufficient width at front street line, front-yard setback with roof overhang and stoop encroachment and distance to rear lot line and east side lot line, northwest corner of Oak Street and Deer Park Avenue.
