Reports from county or village police, March 14-20

Calverton

A driver reported an unidentified vehicle struck her vehicle March 19 on Fox Hill Drive. The other driver fled the scene.

A resident on Fourth Avenue reported receiving annoying phone calls from an unknown male March 18.

Centereach

A fight between two men at Mulcahy's Bar on Middle Country Road moved outside and into the adjacent McDonald's parking lot March 14. One man was injured and treated at Stony Brook University Medical Center.

Coram

A brick was thrown through the kitchen window of a Westfield Road house March 14.

East Patchogue

License plates were discovered missing from a van parked in a driveway on Miramar Avenue March 17.

Farmingville

An unknown person(s) entered Brooklyn Pizzeria on Portion Road March 14 from the business next door by way of an adjoining ceiling. A water pipe was broken in the process, setting off an alarm. The suspect(s) fled the scene.

Manorville

A 2009 Kawasaki KX250 and a 2003 Honda XR100 were stolen March 14 from a residential shed on Bauer Avenue.

Medford

Two Honda 400 EX quads were stolen from the side yard of a Meadow Avenue house March 14.

A resident on Tarpon Avenue told police March 17 that an engagement ring was stolen from a bedroom closet.

North Patchogue

A wallet was stolen from a rear office at Petland Discounts on Route 27 March 14.

Patchogue

A 1997 Nissan Altima was stolen from in front of Lakeland Avenue house March 15.

Tools were stolen from Universal Auto Repair on Route 112 March 14. The door of the business had been broken.

Rims and tires from a 2007 Infiniti and a 2006 Chrysler parked at a Route 112 dealership were discovered missing March 18.

Port Jefferson Station

A burglary was discovered March 14 at a house under construction on Terryville Road. Kitchen cabinets, a basement door and a toilet bowl were reported stolen. Entry was gained by breaking a rear window of the house.

Rocky Point

A man flagged down a police car at the St. Patrick's Day parade March 14 and told officers someone had attempted to rob him of his cash and cell phone. The victim said he resisted and was assaulted. He was taken to St. Charles Hospital and treated for a head injury. A Rocky Point male, 16 was arrested later that day on County Road in Shirley and charged with second-degree robbery and assault.

Shirley

The front and rear doors of Combo Pizzeria on Northern Boulevard were discovered broken and the interior of the restaurant ransacked March 14.
