East Patchogue: Granted Jeffrey and Robert Staudt and Joann Scutari a side-yard variance for existing deck; also, permission for existing conversion of garage to living space and breezeway to mud room, closet and enclosed cellar entrance, creating first-floor area exceeding the 1,200 square feet permitted (1,334 square feet), west side of Myrtle Lane, south of Swezey Street.

Mastic: Granted Richard and Patricia Lechner rear- and side-yard variances for existing above-ground swimming pool and pool deck; also, a side-yard variance for existing second-story deck, north side of Wood Avenue, west of Robert Street.
