Brookhaven: Granted Lauretta Wilson and Paulette Furman a rear-yard variance for existing one-story residence addition (screen room); rear-yard and side-yard variances for existing detached shed; side-yard variances for second existing detached shed located in side yard and existing hot tub, south side of Centralwoods Lane, west of Wedgewood Lane.

East Setauket: Granted Liudmila Galutvo a front-yard setback variance for existing wood platform with steps exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (9 feet by 16 feet); rear-yard and side-yard variances for existing above-ground swimming pool; also, a side-yard variance for existing pool deck, south side of Arrowhead Lane, west of Old Town Road.

Farmingville: Granted Helen Morley a front-yard setback variance from Antrim Lane for proposed attached garage; rear-yard variances for proposed roofed-over patio and existing ground level deck; also, a height variance for existing 6-foot-high fence located in front yard (Janell Lane), northeast corner of Antrim Lane and Janell Lane.

Port Jefferson Station: Granted Troy and Dana Del Gandio a front-yard setback variance from Continental Drive for existing roofed-over porch; a height variance for existing 6-foot-high fence in front yard (Alden Way), southeast corner Alden Way and Continental Drive.

Port Jefferson Station: Granted Elaine Williams minimum side-yard variances for existing two-story residence addition with garage under; a height variance for proposed relocation of 6-foot fence to property line (Bicycle Path), northeast corner Lincoln Place

and Todd Court.

Stony Brook: Granted Susan Sylvester a rear-yard variance for existing roofed-over patio, west side of Madeley Lane, north of Malvern Lane.
