East Patchogue: Granted Richard James a side-yard variance for existing in-ground swimming pool not built in conformance with permit 288147, south side of Esplanade Drive, west of Leeana Court.

East Setauket: Granted Richard Chiang minimum and total side-yard variances for proposed attached garage, west side of Braemer Road, north of Wendover Road.
