Centereach: Granted Nicola Musacchia lot-area, lot-frontage, side-yard and rear-yard variances for proposed commercial building (convenience store-use, accessory to gas-station use) existing building to be demolished; also, a front-yard setback variance from Middle Country Road for proposed gas station canopy, southwest corner of Middle Country and Holbrook Roads.
