Mastic Beach: Granted Claudia Vazquez a front-yard setback variance from Monroe Drive for existing front-porch exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (5.4 feet by 20.2 feet) located in front yard, northwest corner of Cedar Road and Monroe Drive.

Port Jefferson Station: Granted Jeffrey S. Gorman a front-yard setback variance from West Broadway for existing above-ground swimming pool located in the front yard; also, permission for the pool to be located less than the required 25 feet from overhead electrical wires (18 feet); also, a height variance for existing 6-foot-high fence located in the front yard, northeast corner of Hooper Street and West Broadway.
