Blue Point: Granted Daniel and Sony Henrich a side-yard variance for existing detached shed located in side yard, north side of Noble Street, west side of Blue Point Avenue.

Centereach: Granted Zachary and Ellen Schwartz a side-yard variance for existing detached shed located in side yard; also, a side-yard variance for existing in-ground swimming pool not built in conformance with permit 08B52553, southeast corner of Segatogue Lane.

East Setauket: Granted Peggy Seidman a front-yard setback variance for proposed deck located in front yard; also, permission for proposed outdoor fireplace (non-customary use), west side of John's Road, north of John's Road.
