East Setauket: Granted Lisa

A. Stein a rear-yard variance for existing one-story residence addition (sunroom); also, side-

yard variances for existing wood platform, detached carport and existing cellar entrance exceeding

5 feet permitted encroachment

(6 feet), west side of rising road, north of Andrea Drive.

Holtsville: Granted Joseph Patti side-yard variances for existing pool deck and two existing detached sheds located in side yards, south side of Masonic Avenue, east of Eighth Avenue.

Manorville: Granted Alan Schenberg a height variance for existing 6-foot-high fence located in front yard along property line (South Street) and along rear property line, southwest corner of South Street and Gateway Lane.

At its Feb. 17 meeting, the board:

East Patchogue: Granted Frank and Jessica Lucchese a height variance for existing fencing in front yards (5 feet high along Roe Avenue and 6 feet high along Skyhaven Drive), southeast corner of Skyhaven Drive and Mercedes Court.

Port Jefferson Station: Granted Diana Pinello a front-yard setback variance for existing deck with roofed-over porch, south side of Grove Street, west of Broadway.

Selden: Granted Pavel Samoilov permission for proposed roof repair-alterations on existing shed (nonconforming structure), north side of Oneida Avenue, east of Adirondack Drive.

Setauket: Granted Robert Michnoff permission for existing accessory apartment exceeding the 650 square feet permitted (1,122 square feet), south side of

Buckingham Meadow Road,

west of Abbey Lane.
