A Bay Shore man was shot in the leg outside a Greenlawn bar early Saturday morning, Suffolk police said.

The 26-year-old victim, who was not identified, was shot outside Greymeers Pub, 86 Broadway, at about 2 a.m., a police spokeswoman said.

He was taken to a hospital by the Greenlawn Fire Department, she said.

A man who answered the phone at the bar Saturday afternoon said he had no information on the shooting.

Detectives from the Second Squad are investigating. No arrests have been made, and a motive has not been released.
