Police said Tyler Rock spent a busy week in June burglarizing at least five Nassau County stores between June 22 and 25.

Now, Rock, 28, of 28th Street, Copiague, is under arrest, charged with three counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree attempted burglary, Nassau County police said.

Police said Rock, arrested Friday in Lindenhurst, is scheduled for arraignment Friday in First District Court in Hempstead.

Police said the commercial burglaries took place in North Massapequa, Massapequa, Farmingdale and Merrick.

In each of the incidents, police said, Rock “used a pry bar” to “smash the front glass door” of the business to gain entry.

In two of the five break-ins, police said Rock was forced to flee before gaining full entry into the establishment.

The list of break-ins include: Broadway Groceries, 1139 N. Broadway, Massapequa; Barjay Cards, 3-10 Northwest Dr., Farmingdale; and B & G Stationery, 4139 Merrick Rd., Massapequa — all on June 22. The two other break-ins occurred on June 25 at Colony Cards, Gifts & School Supplies, 1984 Merrick Rd., Merrick; and again at B & G Stationery in Massapequa.

Police said the attempted burglaries were at Barjay on June 22 and the break-in at Colony Cards on June 25.
