A third and final suspect has been charged in the fatal stabbing of a man outside a Hempstead bar last April, police said Monday.

Daniel Abrego Davila, 31, of Sheridan Avenue in the Bronx, was scheduled to be arraigned on a murder charge later in the day in First District Court in Hempstead, Nassau County police said. No arraignment information was available online Monday evening.

Police did not immediately divulge when and where Davila was arrested.

The victim, Rolando Cruz, 39, of Freeport, was fatally stabbed outside El Nuevo Bar on Fulton Street about 1:10 a.m. on April 10 of last year.

In September, police arrested William Lopez, 34, of Hempstead, and arrested Jorge Pashon, 29, of Freeport, last month. Both men have pleaded not guilty to murder charges and are being held without bail, court records show.
