A Queens woman has been arrested and charged in connection with a seven-year-long scam in which she stole more than $900,000 from the Garden City Park realty company where she worked as a manager and bookkeeper, police said Wednesday.
April P. Kossoy, of 69-10 108th St., Forest Hills, was charged with four counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree business record falsification, first-degree scheme to defraud and second-degree grand larceny.
Nassau County police said that Crimes Against Property Squad detectives found that between April 2003 and March, Kossoy stole "in excess of $900,000" while working as an office manager and bookkeeper for Bist Realty Company.

HOLBROOK/DWI arrest after driving the wrong way on LIE
A Mastic woman driving the wrong way on the Long Island Expressway was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated early Wednesday morning in Holbrook, a spokesman from the Suffolk Sheriff's Department said.
A deputy sheriff driving westbound near Exit 60 saw Jacqueline Vaughan-Moscatiello, 46, headed eastbound in the westbound lane in her Suzuki sport utility vehicle at 12:55 a.m., turned on his emergency lights and siren and attempted to make a traffic stop, the spokesman said. Instead, the spokesman said Vaughan-Moscatiello swerved to the HOV lane - and continued eastbound.
The deputy pursued her and forced her to stop near Exit 61, Patchogue-Holbrook Road.
Sheriffs said they believe Vaughan-Moscatiello entered the LIE headed in the wrong direction at Exit 59 in Lakeland.
She was charged with DWI.
