Suffolk police said they arrested a Lindenhurst man early Sunday after he was kicked out of a Babylon restaurant and pointed a gun at a security guard outside the establishment.

Atilla Goksen, 25, of Sands Lane, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and three counts of seventh-degree drug possession, police said.

Earlier, Goksen had been involved in an incident inside Monsoon, a restaurant on Deer Park Avenue in Babylon.

Employees removed Goksen from the restaurant and he then pointed the loaded gun at the guard, police said.

Several employees wrestled Goksen to the ground and he dropped the weapon and fled on foot, police said, adding that officers arrested him a short time later on Main Street in Babylon.

He is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Sunday, police said.
