A North Baldwin man was arrested for driving drunk with a 15-year-old boy in the car early Sunday, Nassau police said.

Phillip O. Flowers, 36, was pulled over in a 2014 white Nissan Maxima just before 2 a.m. after speeding southbound on the Meadowbrook State Parkway in East Garden City, police said.

Flowers was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and seven vehicle and traffic violations, records show.

The teen passenger, whose relationship to the driver was not disclosed, was released to the custody of a family member, police said.

Flowers was set to be arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Hempstead. His attorney information was not immediately available.
