Authorities are investigating a robbery inside a Bohemia motel Saturday night where a man was cut with a knife, Suffolk County police said.

A police spokesman said the robbery happened at about 9:10 p.m. when a woman “known to the victim” and a man robbed the victim, who was staying at the Lakeland Inn on Lakeland Avenue.

During the robbery, the victim suffered a minor cut “from a knife wielded by the male suspect,” the spokesman added.

No other information was immediately available.
