Man robbed Subway shops at knife-point, Suffolk police say

He robbed a Wading River sandwich shop twice in July.

Now Suffolk County police are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect who robbed the Subway store on Route 25A at knife-point on July 6 — and again on July 11.

The first robbery took place at about 9 p.m., police said. Police did not say what time the second robbery took place.

In both instances the suspect stole cash, though police did not say how much money was taken.

Unfortunately for the suspect, police have surveillance video from the scene.

Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will remain confidential.
