Man with bullhead tattoo sought in Bay Shore assault, cops say

Suffolk County police and Crime Stoppers said Tuesday they are looking for a man who struck another man in the face with a beer bottle.

The assault in Bay Shore at about 4:40 a.m. on June 5 resulted in the victim having facial surgery, police said in a news release.

Police released photographs of the suspect; they said he is known as “Little Lion” and has a bullhead tattoo on his left shoulder.

A police spokeswoman did not immediately know how Third Precinct Crime Section officers acquired the photos of the suspect or any other details about the alleged assault.
