A motorcyclist broke both legs in a collision with a vehicle Wednesday night in Holtsville, police said.

Suffolk County police said the crash occurred on North Ocean Avenue at Long Island Avenue at 9:54 p.m.

Police said the motorcyclist, whose identity was not released, was on North Ocean when he crashed into the vehicle.

No charges were filed in the case and, police said, the driver of the other vehicle involved was not injured.
