Suffolk County Police today arrested Ramon Rodriguez, 20,

Suffolk County Police today arrested Ramon Rodriguez, 20, of Patchogue, for attacking a Hispanic man while saying anti-Mexican epithets on Division Street in Patchogue on August 15. Hate Crime detectives charged Rodriguez with assault 3rd degree as a hate crime. Rodriguez will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on August 22.
