A Queens man who was working for AT&T store in Merrick has been charged with opening fraudulent cellphone accounts and taking 15 iPhone 6s devices worth $13,000, Nassau County police said Sunday.

According to detectives, on Aug. 7 and 8, Anthony Wilson, 24, of 228th Street, Springfield Gardens, opened four fraudulent cellphone accounts while employed at an AT&T in Merrick at 186 Merrick Rd. and gave 15 iPhone 6s models to two other suspects who were not identified.

Wilson was arrested on Friday by detectives from the Seventh Squad at the store and charged with grand larceny, falsifying business records and four counts of identity theft, police said.
