At today's sports pubs, you're likely to find a sensory overload of flat-screen TVs along with an expansive list of craft brews -- many on tap.

Here are three favorites:

THE GOOD LIFE, Massapequa Park

Dozens of TV screens and a comprehensive collection of craft brews are available at this popular spot. You'll find such pub classics as fish and chips, shepherd's pie and even chicken tikka masala, but don't forget the first-rate burger -- the namesake version is topped with blue cheese, Cheddar and bacon jam.

Serving house brews made off-premises, as well as many Long Island craft beers on tap, this new pub sports 19 TV screens as well as a smoky, juicy mineral-tinged burger.

Along with 14 big screens and nine TVs inside booths, this hopping sports bar offers craft brews, wings, burgers and more. Among the 13 burgers on the menu is the hyper-juicy "A-1 peppercorn," which is topped with steak sauce, bacon, melted pepper jack cheese and fried onion straws.
