A Valley Stream man followed a woman to a Garden City office building where he used his iPhone to take videos under her skirt, Garden City police said Tuesday.

Renaldy Jeannot, 25, of Waldinger Street, was arrested Monday on charges of stalking and unlawful surveillance in the May 9 incident; he is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead, police said.

Police said Jeannot followed a woman, 31, from Brooklyn to the Garden City Plaza to “repeatedly” use his phone to take the videos.

When the victim eventually noticed what the defendant was doing, she copied down his car registration and notified police, according to a news release from Nassau County police.

Jeannot’s cellphone with videos of the victim was recovered, the release said.
