Woman stole UPS packages on Baldwin doorstep, police say

Nassau County police and Crime Stoppers said Tuesday they are looking for a woman who took packages from a porch in Baldwin in April.

Police released photographs of the suspect, who on April 28 took the packages, worth $63.90, from the porch of Kenneth Avenue residence.

Police said the suspect followed a UPS Inc. truck and then stole the packages that were delivered to the porch.

After taking the packages, she fled in an unknown direction, police said.
