She attempted to buy an Apple iPad and T-Mobile refill cards using fraudulent credit cards, Nassau County police said.

But an employee at the P.C. Richard & Son store on Linden Boulevard in Elmont became suspicious of the transaction.

And that employee called police.

Now Dionna Rembert, 25, of Beach 54th Street, Far Rockaway, Queens, is under arrest, charged with three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument. She faces arraignment Friday in First District Court in Hempstead.

Police said the incident took place Thursday at 2:10 p.m.

Police said that, as part of the transactions, Rembert also tried to purchase gift cards. The value of the items was not known.
