LI home prices in February 2019

The median price of homes sold in Suffolk jumps 7% while Nassau's stays flat

As declining sales and growing inventory gave home buyers a bit more leverage in negotiations, the median price of a home sold in February in Nassau County remained flat compared with a year earlier, the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island reported Thursday. In Suffolk, however, the median price rose 7 percent during the year. The numbers are below, and you can read more about Long Island home price trends here.
