LIRR performance data for July

On-time scores fell in July to 88.9 percent, down more than 4 percentage points in a year

LIRR on-time performance dropped to 88.9 percent in July, down from the 93.1 percent level achieved in July 2017, according to data provided by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The line considers trains to be on time if they "arrive at their final destination within five minutes 59 seconds of scheduled arrival time." Overall performance declined on every line except for West Hempstead. Here is a breakdown by line and time of day:
