Long Island home prices for August 2018

Median up 9.2 percent in Suffolk and 7.4 percent in Nassau

The median price of a home sold in Nassau County in August 2018 rose 7.4 percent over the year to $550,000, and the median price in Suffolk rose 9.2 percent to $405,000, according to new data from the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. Here are the details.
