Auction for Habitat for Humanity

Student making birdhouse in Port Washington

Student making birdhouse in Port Washington

This Weber student is working hard to make a beautiful birdhouse that will be auctioned off to benefit Habitat for Humanity. There is still time for you to follow his example! You can purchase a plain birdhouse for $10 in the main office at Weber Middle School, from the Principal's offices at Daly, Guggenheim, Salem and Manorhaven, from the Administration Building on Campus Drive or the Administrative Annex at 90 Avenue C. Each birdhouse costs $10.00, which goes directly to Habitat for Humanity. Decorated birdhouses are to be returned to the Administration Building, the Administrative Annex, Weber, Manorhaven, Salem, Guggenheim or Daly schools by April 5, 2010. The auction will be held in May and it is hoped that it will raise hundreds of dollars for this worthwhile cause.
