A 1992 Honda was stolen from Ardmore Road on Jan. 17

A 1996 Jeep Cherokee was stolen from the intersection of Iris Lane and Bertha Drive on Jan. 18.


Two unknown men were observed stealing men's shirts and sweaters from Banana Republic on Central Avenue Jan. 18.

East Rockaway

A rear window at a Wilson Street residence was smashed Jan. 19, and jewelry was stolen.

Surveillance video at CVS Pharmacy on Ocean Avenue showed an unknown male stealing razors on Jan. 20.


Jewelry was stolen from a Lehrer Avenue residence Jan. 18.

Two tires and rims were stolen from

a 2008 Nissan Altima on Marshall Street on Jan. 18.

Jewelry was stolen from a house on Wellington Road on Jan. 21. Entry was gained through an unlocked rear window.

Three unknown men with handguns forcibly took $30, credit cards and a cell phone from an individual on Dauntless Parkway on Jan. 21.

Two armed unknown men forcibly took a wallet, credit cards, gold necklace and two gold rings from an individual walking on Hempstead Turnpike on Jan. 23.

Franklin Square

Two laptops, a Sony PlayStation 3, a Nintendo DS and $450 were stolen from a house on Phoebe Street on Jan. 21. Entry was made through an unlocked bathroom rear window.


Jewelry and money were stolen from a home on Johnson Lane on Jan. 21. Entry was gained through an unlocked side window.

A computer, drill and $15 in coins and currency were discovered stolen Jan. 21 from a home on Jennings Avenue. Entry was made through a second-floor side door.


Tools were stolen from a locked trailer on Lawrence Avenue on Jan. 18.


A Far Rockaway man, 23, was arrested Jan. 19 on an outstanding warrant.

Long Beach

A Long Beach man, 18, was arrested Jan. 22 at Edwards Boulevard and East Olive Street for possessing a switchblade knife.

North Valley Stream

A 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen on North Corona Avenue on Jan. 17.

An air-conditioning unit was stolen from an Arcadian Avenue residence Jan. 20. The glass in the home's rear door was broken to gain entry.

Three unknown men robbed a pizza delivery person on Birchwood Drive Jan. 23, taking $300 and a cell phone.

A 2005 Honda Accord was discovered burglarized Jan. 22 on Hunter Avenue. A GPS unit was stolen.

A 1999 Chevrolet Suburban on Lynwood Drive was discovered burglarized Jan. 22 Among the items stolen were a digital camera and a cell phone.


On Jan. 19, locks were broken on a vehicle and trailer parked at Advanced Seamless Gutters on Hampton Road. Tools were stolen.

An unknown man stole beer from a Hess gas station on Long Beach Road on Jan. 17.


The Church of God on Mansfield Ave. was burglarized between the hours of 7:15 p.m. Jan. 16 and 9:30 a.m. Jan. 17. Items stolen were stereo equipment, a piano, keyboard and an amplifier.

A residence on Lee Street was burglarized Jan. 17, and a computer, stereo equipment, PlayStation 3 and an Xbox were stolen.

Jewelry, watches, a Sony PlayStation and a digital camera were stolen from a house on Washington Avenue on Jan. 21. Entry was gained through a rear second-floor window.


A 1998 Honda Civic was stolen from Macon Place on Jan. 17.

A 1990 Honda Civic was discovered stolen from Spring Street on Jan. 19.

Jewelry and a laptop were stolen from a house on Newton Avenue on Jan. 20. Entry was made through a basement window.

Power tools were stolen from a house on Northern Parkway on Jan. 22.

A burglar gained entry through a pried-open rear door.

Valley Stream

Shopping bags containing assorted items and $700 were taken from a 2003 GMC Yukon parked in a Green Acres Mall lot Jan. 20.

Forty dollars worth of quarters and an iPod were discovered stolen from a 2010 BMW parked on Sanford Court on Jan. 19.

Eighty-one cellular phones valued at $21,495 were discovered missing Jan. 21 from a safe at the C2 Wireless kiosk at the Green Acres Mall.

West Hempstead

A 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle was discovered stolen from Ivy Street on Jan. 19.
