East Northport: Atria Senior Living Group requests parking variance, height variance and variance on southerly side yard setback to erect a 21/2-story, 27,200- square-foot addition to existing senior living facility, on the east side of Chesire Place, north of Fifth Avenue.

East Northport: Amy and Steven Schombs request legalization of above-ground pool and deck in front yard and shed closer than 2 feet from property line, on the northwest corner of Stanhaven Place and North Haven Lane.

East Northport: Amelia Wendell requests relief of lot frontage requirement in order to legalize an accessory apartment, on the north side of Third Avenue, west of Larkfield Road.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING

6 p.m. April 15

Dix Hills: Paul Como, Pool Doctor, requests variances to install an in-ground pool with a berm, waterfall slide and pool equipment with frontages on two streets; berm, slide, waterfall and pool equipment 15 feet from Baldwin Path, and legalization of shed, on the east side of Burroughs Avenue, west side of Baldwin Path and north of Kenmore Street.

East Northport: Carol Ann Chang/Apple Expediting requests front yard and accessory structure relief in order to legalize a front roofed porch and shed in front yard and closer than 2 feet from property line on through lot, on the south side of Montrose Lane, west of Catherine Street.

Huntington: Jordan Katz requests side yard and lot width variances to legalize existing egress window well (basement presently unfinished), on the east side of Buttercup Lane, north of Topsfield Lane.

Huntington Station: Giovannino Crocco request front yard and side yard variances to erect a two-story side and rear addition and front porch, and to legalize shed in rear yard, on the south side of Barclay Street, east of Lenox Road.
