ACTIONS

At its June 15 meeting, the town board:

Authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement with the Lutheran Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) and the Town of Huntington for the provision of Adult Day Care Services.

Authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement with the Urban League of Westchester County, Inc., to provide a Senior Community Employment Program.

Authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement with the Community Development Agency (CDA) for Phase II pedestrian sidewalk improvements along Route 110 New York Avenue, Huntington Station, nunc pro tunc.

Authorized the comptroller to amend the 2010 operating budget for the Town of Huntington and its special districts to implement immediate, comprehensive townwide spending reductions in various departments.

Authorized the supervisor to certify an application for pension waiver pursuant to Section 211 of the New York State Retirement and Social Security Law on behalf of Dennis Ryan.

Authorized the execution of contract of sale nunc pro tunc and appropriation of funding necessary for contract and closing requirements for town acquisition of Doxey property, Huntington Station.

Authorized the use of Dix Hills pool by the children of Whitman Village Housing Development, Gateway Gardens and Millennium Hills and Family Service League upon payment of a flat fee for the summer of 2010.

Authorized the correction of code violations at various locations pursuant to the Code of the Town

of Huntington and/or the uniform codes of the state of New York.

Authorized the town attorney to execute U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-56 in connection with unpaid wages under case ID No. 1572627, nunc pro tunc.
