Greenlawn: Mary Siobhan Berndt and Rainer Berndt request front-, side-yard and lot-area variances to erect a second-story addition; front bay window and second-story dog house dormer; side-addition entrance to porch, and replacement of building permit for a 1 1/2-story single-family dwelling with a two-car attached garage, on the north side of Wyckoff Street, west of Centerport Road.

Northport: Nancy Jackendoff Owens requests front- and side-yard variances to legalize a two-story, detached garage exceeding height requirements with interior fixed staircase; first-floor deck attached to front of dwelling; retaining walls over 4 feet, and replacement of permit for addition, on the north side of Woodycrest Drive, west of Greentree Court.
